Just spent long weekend at Big Bear Lake with our eldest son who lives in Riverside and had promised us a visit to Big Bear Lake. On our flight over our flight attendant recommended this place, he was not wrong. Trouble was the sold out sign was up at1:30pm when we arrived, but Ron the owner was still on site and said he had enough left to make us up a family pack, ribs that melted in your mouth, brisket slices and pulled pork with sides of coleslaw and potato salad and baked beans. Nothing was to much trouble. He even set us up with some beef ribs to take away. Ron gets up at 1am to load his smoker unit out in the yard and theses meats are then smoked for 6 or more hours and once they are gone they are gone, well worth a visit and get there early. Many thanks Ron and your assistant for making us so welcome.
