Exceptionally pleasant service; welcoming, helpful and prompt.
The food was mostly very good. I did not particularly enjoy my starter of crayfish risotto, which I found too cloying and slighly sweet, which did not go with the parmesan on top.
But this was an exception - my wife's scallop starter was delicious, as was my duck main course.
Good wine, too, although slightly odd to be paying English prices in France. Maybe that just shows how far the pound has fallen...
