We have been going to Le Grillon each season since it opened (over 10 years ago?) and have never been disappointed. The menu has the usual mountain food with loads of cheese and ham but also some nice choices which are more unusual. I often have the fillets of perch and, recently, I tried their cote de beouf, which was excellent.
