Myself and my partner got a last minute deal here for 3 nights mid March. It was one of the best chalets we have stayed in. The location is ideal. It is a 10 min walk (max) to the main town but there is a free ski bus outside that will take you to Morzine lifts or up to the Avoriaz cable car.

Staff; the staff were so friendly. They sorted our ski passes and catered to our dietary requirements. They were always on hand with tips for our stay.

Amenities; the room was large, clean and very traditional. The facilities such as the pool and the sauna, hot tub etc were great, with views overlooking the mountains. There is a lovely lounge area where you can sit back with a coffee or one of their GREAT wines.

Food; the best thing was definitely the food. Oh my god. I could eat there every night. Three courses of bliss. Nothing other to say.

Morzine was the ideal place to stay. Slap bang in the middle of Les Gets and Avoriaz where you can ski to Switzerland. I would definitely go back and Chalet Philibert would be my first choice.

Good small hotel a bit outside of the center of Morzine.(Easy connection with free bus).
Excellent breakfast, quality instead of quantity. We also had a delicious dinner, compliment to the chef.
Room is small, but ok for a short stay.

Very friendly staff, fantastic sauna/hot-tub/pool, small but comfortable rooms. Easy connection to town by free bus or 15 minute walk. Food great but a bit too rich and elaborate for my taste - at least not every night! Highly recommended.

Had a great stay for a week in this hotel. The food was excellent with a different cordon bleu meal every night throughout our stay with a very varied wine list. This small hotel is a good base for ski-ing and walking in the area...with a jacuzzi, sauna and heated outdoor pool to soak away the aches and pains. It has an intimate bar and staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but comfortable with en suite shower room and a good view over the town and mountains.

A friend booked Chalet Philibert for a long ski weekend and we were not disappointed. Great accommodation, amazing food and the service was good too. Staff were really helpful arranging lift passes and ski hire etc. The jacuzzi, sauna and pool are a great touch at the end of a day on the slopes! Would definitely recommend. The only thing... would be nice for the staff to light the fire in the bar every night!! : )
