Whilst on a trip with a friend traveling around Scotland and Ireland, we visited Portrush and stayed here. Wow! The building is very homely with a pantry in the kitchen that you can help yourself to... Never seen or heard of this before in a hostel but it was very welcome. Clean rooms, hot shower and a friendly owner. Will definitely recommend to all and will revisit again as Portrush is such a beautiful place with so many different places to visit in close vicinity. Thank you!

Excellent provided breakfast. Superbly equipped kitchen including more flavours than you could possibly use in your self catering! Large lounge. Beach resort decor. Ease of parking. Superb customer service. Likely the best traveller hostel you will ever encounter.

Room Tip: Upstairs with a view

Stayed here for two nights while travelling to Portrush to attend a scooter rally, where me and a few friends shared a 4 person bunk room with en-suite. Location was spot on with only a few mins walk from the town centre. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room it's self was ample, and everything was spotless. The communal/shared areas such as the lounge, dinning area and kitchen were again clean and spacious, to the point we happily ate there and had a couple of beers before going out, making conversation with other guests. The breakfast is a help yourself affair with various breads, cereals, spreads, juice, fruit tea and coffee all available to help yourself, in a spacious kitchen. A nice we bad area if the weather is good to site out in (and smoke, if that's your thing).

This is a Hostel and not a hotel! So don't expect the bells and whistles of a hotel...but if you need somewhere for a night or two to rest your head...then its a decent place. We will certainly keep this in mind should we return to Portrush.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my daughter. Such a friendly place to stay. Everyone helpful. We had a double room with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of towels etc. No view but not a issue for us. Wifi throughout the hostel which was great.
Breakfast was included in the price. The was a good selection of cereal, breads, teas and coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped for if you wanted to cook your own meals :)
A lovely cosy lounge with huge tv, books for if you wanted to relax downstairs.
Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
