Went here for an early dinner on a Saturday evening. Had choice of early bird and a la Carte menus. Went with the latter but this wasn’t due to lack of choice on early bird menu which had a number of options on all courses.
From duck wings and black pudding to venison and beef cheeks, all plates were very tasty and good size portions and veg accompaniments. In hindsight, extra veg sides were probably unnecessary but the Parmesan and truffle oil French fries were good (though the thick cut in Cleaver East are better!).
A nice dessert sharing plate was an interesting end to the 3 courses.
About €60 per head including drinks and coffees was probably ok.
Service was good and attentive.
Overall atmosphere was relaxed though tables quite close together where you might have to endure the neighboring tables conversation.

We ate here in December with family. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar -
it was very hot, the temp was much better at our table. The food was fab, we were seated with a tables space between diners and at not point were we rushed to settle our bill. It was a really lovely evening and we will be back!

We don't go to Bon Appetit often but when we do it is usually for a birthday. It never disappoints, we had freshly made cocktails with our very nice lunch, because of the celebration we were given a lovely plate of desserts. It was nice and the service on that day even though the server was alone, it was impressive.
Always a pleasure to go back. Thank you for making our day special.

Meet and greet was very poor. waited quiet awhile before we were seated. We needed to use the torch on our phones to read menu . Even with my glasses on. I actually noticed four other people use their torch to read the menu. Starter was nice but very small,. Black pudding with pea puree and poached egg. I had chicken with celeriac mash was n,t overly impressed. Dessert was bread and butter pudding which i didn,t eat . We also ordered 3 sides Onion rings tasted slimey . Did n,t eat them The sweetcorn puree was just lovely and i would have been happy just to have that.. We had 2 soft drinks. Bill came to 105 euro.. Staff were very efficient with their service at table.. Nice athmosphere but restaurant was dimly lit...
