Went here for an early dinner on a Saturday evening. Had choice of early bird and a la Carte menus. Went with the latter but this wasn’t due to lack of choice on early bird menu which had a number of options on all courses.
From duck wings and black pudding to venison and beef cheeks, all plates were very tasty and good size portions and veg accompaniments. In hindsight, extra veg sides were probably unnecessary but the Parmesan and truffle oil French fries were good (though the thick cut in Cleaver East are better!).
A nice dessert sharing plate was an interesting end to the 3 courses.
About €60 per head including drinks and coffees was probably ok.
Service was good and attentive.
Overall atmosphere was relaxed though tables quite close together where you might have to endure the neighboring tables conversation.
