Upon our arrival we were greeted with the sweetest Irish Welcome from a beautiful young lass named Claire. She immediately confirmed that our choice of visiting this location in Ireland was to be a Grand one. She was absolutely correct. Close to the Cliffs of Moher and a 500,000 year old stalactite we were inspired and educated. It has been said Tolkien himself was inspired by this area -we can see why. This particular hotel is very clean, hospitable, caring and grateful for our business. We felt at home away from home. The band which plays nightly was fabulous. Both the breakfast and Dinner was appetizing and delicious. You will be pleased with your stay here. We wish you the luck of the Irish on your travels..we certainly felt lucky to have stayed at this Inn.

Picked this hotel at random on the internet. Was doing Tour de Burren cycling event and needed somewhere to stay. What an inspired choice. This small family run hotel is a fantastic base for any stay in Lisdoonvarna area. Owners and staff are very friendly and pay great attention to the needs of customers. Our twin ensuite room was large and very comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits were on offer in the room. Great when you arrive back cold and wet after cycling all day. Bar food was freshly cooked and was competitively priced and of a good quality. A highlight of our stay was the traditional Irish music session in the hotel bar. Resident band, Ceolan, were very entertaining and well received by the audience. Got a great night's sleep. As with other things the breakfast was top quality. Lots of local produce, freshly cooked and nicely presented. Nothing was too much for the staff. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Would recommend to anyone visiting the west of Ireland.

The staff are outstanding. The location is excellent and best of all they like dogs. the room was a good size, we had a 48 inch dog crate in the room with lots of space to move around. The value for money was great.

Room Tip: Rooms to the front are quiet.

Breakfast and the staff were excellent. The location is good, in the middle of town, the room was perfect and we were made to feel very welcome throughout. The food was lovely as was the selection and quality of beers. Will certainly return.

The restaurant had live music til 12 am and you could hear it in your room. Our room was right by the street and you could hear people talking all night. The curtains did not keep the sun out, which don't think the sun ever set while we were there. However, the breakfast was really good and the coffee was really delicious!
