Food only average. Chicken curry reheated, but not fully arrived in two bowls on a chopping board.. with dryed out burnt toast looking slivers or Nan bread.

The burger arrived again on a chopping board with a bowl of chips and a plastic tub of some sort of taco kind of sauce.

Service was ok.. made 2 attempts to ask for a plate but was ignored, i gave up!

It was busy.
We got the lecture about ordering food if we wanted drink! Was funny as we were there to eat!

It's gone down hill since it re opened.

And seriously, what is wrong with a plate, curry should be served on a PLATE, or at least provide a plate to pour the bowls out on to while burning your fingers!

Turned up here at 9.30pm on a Monday night with my son after our train to Belfast was cancelled, greeted by Ian at the front desk, the hotel was immaculate and his service was impeccable, he helped us straight away to get a room and settled for the night even googled the train times for the next day for us, brought drinks and snacks to my son, the room was lovely, quiet, warm, comfortable, we stayed for breakfast the next day, again great service. Would absolutely stay again. Many thanks.

We stopped here on our way home to NI last weekend 15th of October 2020 for some lunch, due to covid we had to sit outdoors (guests only allowed in hotel) that didn't bother us as the sun was out and it wasn't raining. Got served very quickly by very helpful, friendly staff. Food was 5 stars and got loads and the price was not bad either!!
We both said we would go back and stay the hotel looked stunning when I was using the toilet.
Its very close to a good shopping centre, so next time we get away we will definitely stay here!!
If you're in the area definitely either stay here or eat here well worth it!!
Cant wait to come and stay some day soon.
