The tour guides are very good, the staffs in hotel are very nice. We spent great time in visit and lunch, knowing the history of Hanoi, tasting the typical food.... My friend and I are appreciated and enjoying the tour. My hand phone was return back under the staffs effectiveness and honesty. Although 2 days Halong Bay tour was cut to 1 day under weather condition, the company arranged local tour to make up. We have a wonderful time in Hanoi!

“Wonderful trip in Hanoi”, what can I say more to this except thank you, we, Go Asia Travel, are all proud to be so praised. We want to improve ourselves more and more, but sometimes, reading such a review is a big motivation for all the team! Yes, sadly, sometimes the government take the decision to close Halong for the night because of the weather, but I hope everyone understand that is a safety rule and as you tell it here, we arrange something’s different that you still enjoy our country. Great visit to Halong Bay with GoAsia

We booked a day trip to Halong Bay with Go Asia. We were pleased to be greeted by our very kind and happy tourguide, Kien, when he picked us up from the hotel. Kien spoke very good English (even if he didn't believe it). He gave us a lot of trivia on the bus/road trip to Halong Bay, which my friend and I appreciated, since it helped us learn a bit more about Vietnam and Vietnamese culture. He was really very warm, caring and accommodating, and we felt that he was really excited to be showing us around Halong Bay, his hometown. This kind of excitement rubs off--we quickly got excited too.

The itinerary was good, and we felt that we covered a lot of ground considering the trip was a 4-hour bus ride from Hanoi to Halong bay, and another 4-hour ride back. We got to have a good lunch, which was served hot on the junk boat. We were seated with strangers though, and had to strike up a conversation ourselves.

We also got to go around the bay, and ride a bamboo boat to get closer to the limestone islands of Halong bay. We didn't book this in advance, but we were allowed the option to pay for it on the spot. We were also brought to "Paradise cave," which was a lot more than I expected. Kien once again was a very good tour guide here as he kept the group together, pointed out interesting formations in the stalactites and even apologized for not having his laser pointer with him.

Before dropping us off at the hotel, Kien gave the tour group a treat by singing for us--in Russian! (Earlier that day he explained that he actually studied Russian in school.)

Overall, great itinerary, good food, great communication and one of the best tour guides I've ever had!

Excellent travel agency

Great experience with this travel agency - Go Asia.

Tour guide speaking fluent English, and able to communicate in Chinese as well. Our tour guide Mr.Thang is a very nice & helpful person, really enjoy the trip to Tam Coc, If i know about this agency, I will definitely use them for my Halong Bay tours as well, but well... everything was arrange by the hotel & the Tam Coc tour was arrange day after Halong By trip.

Going to recommend to my family as my sister plan to go Hanoi as well and she feel more comfortable if the tour guide can communicate with Chinese.

Amazing!

Totaly worth a visit!! We went with "Go Asia travel" and they were so nice. We went with a big boat to Halong Bay, they sereved really good vietnames food. You go kajaking by the beautiful montains and visit a big cave! We had the best tour guid named Kien, he told us alot about Vietnam and on the way back he sang a frech song to us! Totaly love him!
