Halong Bay day tour - must book from this company - same as ALOVA cruise.
I booked the tour with my hotel as they say that the junk offered by them is of good quality. I trusted my hotel guy because i did not want to go and walk around and see the prices offered by travel agents because going to Halong bay - i can see price wars on streets of Hanoi.
Guide was ok - nothing that great. His name was Mr. Tuan. Spoke less and gave less info. The bus was clean and very comfortable. Driver was good and drove us less than what we expected.
What shocked and surprised the most was the quality of the junk. We had seen hundred of junks around and were worried that we would feel so uncomfortable, but when our junk arrived - it looked like a yacht - a 5 star junk and we felt so happy.
Once we arrived, we had seafood lunch which was awesome - first time we are eating something nice in Vietnam.
The quality of the cruise is tooooo good to be true and we would recommend.
Our tour include seafood lunch and kayaking.
Same price as other company but MUST book this company. You will feel so comfortable.

My wife really enjoyed this one day trip with Go Asia to Tam Coc caves. The women and the men use their feet to paddle the boats. The caves were amazing. Be sure to book this trip.
I was taking a group of 23 people for a trip to Hanoi and surrounding areas. After intensive seaching for local tour operator, decision was made for GoAsia. Booking my Hanoi / Halong Bay tour with GoAsia was a no regret decision. My bookings with Ms Ruby was well planned and organized. My mum was so happy and keep commenting that this tour agent did a good job. We were truly amazed when we checked in Aranya Hotel even though along our journey from airport we don't have much communications with the driver (arranged by GoAsia) as he can't speak English at all. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted and welcomed by the friendly hotel staff. I would give a good credit to the hotel staff because of their service and information provided by them.
The tour guide Sam are very good. He was very informative and helpful as well. He helped us to solved our problem very fast as our deck in the cruise was leaking. We spent great time in knowing the history of Hanoi, tasting authentic Vietnam food in the cruise. My mum and I are appreciated and enjoying the tour. The kayaking in the sea with our tour guide was certainly an unforgettable experience for my mum and I.
Our tour guide Mr. Hung is a very nice & helpful person, really enjoy the trip to Tam Coc and the cycling was a great experience too. Last night of our stay in Aranya hotel, one of the staff actually told us that he will prepared breakfast for us to bring along as he knew we had to catch an early flight. We were really grateful for his help.

Your praises are really appreciate from all the team, we are happy that you and your mom go back with nice souvenir! Ms Ruby is very experienced and she take care of our guests until they are at home, she never let you fall down in every case. Sorry for our driver, they all are very good to drive and follow a lot of rules from our company that others will not request, but we don’t ask them to learn English, as normal you will have a tour guide as well in the car to make you appreciate your trip.
Mr Sunny and Mr Hung are working in our company from long time now, they are our best tour guide, Mr Sunny speak many languages and know so much about history, culture and tradition from our country, he also bit epicurean and know many good place to eat specialties from Viet Nam. Mostly of our guest like the kayaking because that give you a real sensation of freedom inside Halong and something how bring you wherever you want! Mr Hung is really “guest oriented” and he will try the best to satisfy you. Tam coc is the terrestrial Halong Bay and the sightseeing of the rice fields between the lime rocks with the bikes are breathtaking!

The tour guides are very good, the staffs in hotel are very nice. We spent great time in visit and lunch, knowing the history of Hanoi, tasting the typical food.... My friend and I are appreciated and enjoying the tour. My hand phone was return back under the staffs effectiveness and honesty. Although 2 days Halong Bay tour was cut to 1 day under weather condition, the company arranged local tour to make up. We have a wonderful time in Hanoi!
