Description: Hotel Doolin's Fitzpartick's Bar, famous for it's traditional Irish music, lively sessions, thirst quenching pints and wholesome food is popular with both residents and locals alike. Fitzpatrick's Bar is as much a part of the vibrant experience of Doolin as it is of the hotel itself. With its polished panelling, natural stone and open fire it offers a calm and relaxed setting during the day while at night it transforms into a lively bar with entertainment. The Bar is split into two sections. Fitz's Snug is our cosy front bar with an open fire, ideal for relaxing with a cool pint whilst listening to our live Trad sessions. The much larger back bar is perfect for parties and live bands. There are a number of local and Irish beers available in Fitzpatrick's Bar including:•Eight Degree - Sunburnt Irish Red•Eight Degree - Knockmealdown porter•Eight Degree - Howling Gale Ale•Galway Hooker•Helvick Gold blonde Ale•Blackrock Irish Stout•Copper Coast Red Ale

We ate there two nights in a row. The fish and chips, the fish cakes, calamari and seafood chowder were all delicious. They had a ton of Irish beers on tap.

We had fish n' chips, seafood chowder, steak and desserts! Friendly, accommodating, cheerful, and local flair. You won't be disappointed....and there was music both nights!!

Nice bar/restaurant. We ate in the restaurant but could hear the live music from the pub which was great. Typically Irish. The staff was nice and we followed their suggestion of the day, a trio of fish with mashed patatoes, a very nice sauce and delicious vegetables. Nice setting, nice staff and nice food on a stormy evening.

We were lucky on the first night having music. The pub food was so good that we decided to come back the next night. The Guiness beer definately tastes better in Ireland than it does in the United States!

Had dinner here on the recommendation of our B&B and we weren't disappointed. It's a popular spot so we had to wait 30 minutes for a table but we were happy to hang out in the bar (also a great spot with lots of choice on offer) and listen to live music while we waited. The restaurant itself is very comfortable with lots of menu choice, including 2 vegetarian main options. Food was delicious, good serving size, service was very good. Very enjoyable all around. After dinner we headed back to the bar where another band were playing. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area.
