I found a roach in the bathroom. I took a photo of it, and showed management. The manager called another hotel to see if they had a room for us, at their expense. I had paid for two nights. The manager would not refund me for the second night. The night manager came up and cleaned the dead bug up. I called the manager on Monday for a refund. She is very unreasonable. I had the credit card company call and she hung up on her twice. I will be disputing the charges. I also called the State office of Consumer Protection.
