A chance encounter on our meandering road trip - what caught our eye were was the flea market in the same lot, but we needed breakfast too, so chose the this conveniently located roadside stand. I had the breakfast frittata and my friend had the breakfast sandwich with ham and egg. Both were decidedly homemade of fresh ingredients - homemade roll and a very large piece of ham highlighted the sandwich. The frittata was cooked in a muffin shape - artfully presented for a simple roadside stand. In addition, the server/cook was very pleasant and gracefully listened to my companion's dissertation on the current trend of "hand cut fries", with skins on, which always seem to disappoint (and yes, the Slacktide serves them, which we did not sample - maybe they've got them done right). Stand closes for the season on Columbus Day weekend, but supposedly the owner and business partner of the gentleman we talked to - has another restaurant in Ogunquit, which we think we need to try if it's as well done as this little stand!
