A perfect ending to a full day. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived who gave us the grand tour. Our room was on the top floor and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. There was no TV in the room but we didn't need it. The Wi-Fi access was perfect. Everything was squeaky clean. We were able to relax in the garden before we walked down to the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was very generous and everything was fresh from the bakery. We highly recommend this charming bed and breakfast with its equally charming hostess for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We stayed for one night en route to the UK from our house in Spain. Le Clos d'Elisa is situated in the beautiful village of Monts. Anne is the most perfect hostess, she couldn't have made us feel more welcome, and especially our two dogs. Her home is absolutely delightful. Our room was called the library, with a huge ensuite bathroom. Full of charming and quirky antiques. Breakfast was Continental, absolutely delicious croissants.
We certainly hope to stay again, and would highly recommend.

We stayed here overnight while travelling back from Spain. It is not far from the motorway, so ideal for those travelling through. We stayed with our dog, who was made very welcome. The 18th century house was beautiful, and our room huge. Our host, Anne, spoke perfect English and made us very welcome. And a lovely breakfast was provided. I would most heartily recommend this for an overnight stay or longer.

Our family enjoyed an idyllic summer holiday here. To wake in Monts' morning sun and birdsong was a dream. The rustic kitchen breakfasts of brioche, home-grown raspberries and jams made by delightful hostess, Anne, were sublime. Such happy memories of this beautiful home, garden and historic village. Fabulous.

Meandering through the Loire valley we came across the village of Monts, asked in the local bar about a place to stay and were recommended to madam Anne's charming guest house and we were delighted. Anne made us feel very welcome and helped us with finding information about our trip.
The room was very large and comfortable with lovely features and objets d'art.
Breakfast was perfect and if you are in the area this is a great place to stay.
