So much to see, lots of follies and history. Despite the tim of year, the gardens still look amazing.

Living locally we signed up as members a few years ago and now visit regularly, always thoroughly enjoying our visits. Easy parking in the large car park and easy walks in the beautiful and tranquil landscaped park, with many follies to enjoy and many stunning vistas. Even on a rather cold January day, we had a lovely walk and enjoyed good views of many different water birds on the lake. We only had coffee today, excellent, and the tearoom is most reasonably priced, £3.25 for some sandwiches and a very good choice of food, including breakfast options. The delightful gift shop has a good range of quality items. 10% discount in the shop and tearoom for members. Managers at Wisley Gardens, just a few miles away, should look here and learn. Highly recommended.

We really want to go back here as the place is so full of history and valuable memorabilia. We loved every minute walking round the rooms.

Didn't really know about this place until we watched 'Kill The DJ' episode of Black Mirror. Couple of days after watching we arrived in Cobham for our visit. Very easy to find and parking is good and close by. Staff members we encounted were very polite and nice. They explained that the grotto and the gothic tower were both closed on this day. However they did not inform us that alot of the walking areas were closed off. This did cause a bit of a problem as we were doing the historical route in reverse and we got to a point where we could go no further without having to turnaround and go back the same way. That's the negative bits out the way.

This place is beautiful and a great place to keep you interested as you walk around. I recommend the historical route as this lets you see the main attractions. Even though the gothic tower was closed it was still worthy of a few pictures. The watermill is a nice little feature too. With things being closed and only open til 4pm I do think this could be reflected in the admission fee. £8 each isn't bad for a day out in the longer days but £6 would be better value during the winter I think. That said we will be coming back here in the spring summer time. The car park isnt massive (unless there is an overflow area that I didn't see), so I'd recommend getting here early during the busier times.

Summed up, this place is fantastic really, with lots to keep you interested and I'm sure when we revisit we will be giving this the full 5 out of 5
