This small restaurant is in the middle of the St Jean street and gets really busy.
The tiny tables make for a cosy feeling and the smell of the crepes being prepared under your sight fills the whole place.
Great for a quick and delicious lunch or for a tasty snack, they offer galettes (salted dishes) and crepes (sweet desserts). Add to that a bolée of cidre and you'll have a great time!
If the place is too busy or if you're not willing to come in and seat, they also offer their crepes and wafles to go. They're the same as inside and are delicious!

I visited this wonderful place for Sunday brunch.

We were immediately made very welcome, and comfortable in the banquette seats.

A lovely stained-glass skylight gave the (quiet at this time) restaurant a warm glow, the light reflected from highly-polished mirrors.

The menu consists largely, though not exclusively, of a range of crêpes, gauffres and croquets. There is an array of sweet and savoury options ranging from around €3 - €10, from a simple cheese or honey to something with all the trimmings.

Our order was taken promptly, and coffees arrived soon after. My partner’s cappuccino was excellent, and my straightforward coffee was fine and strong.

We’d ordered (we thought sparingly) one sweet and one savoury crêpe. Turned out that was plenty. The generosity of the fillings pushed them into light-meal territory.

My sausage (homemade daily), egg and cheese was utterly delicious. Normally a quick eater, I slowed down to savour this. A perfectly cooked crêpe containing plump slices of meat in a soft, gooey cheese with a perfectly soft egg yolk in the middle. Savoury bliss!

My partner’s choice went to the other extreme: banana, chocolate and coconut. Fresh banana slices with coconut shavings and a rich chocolate sauce in a golden, crisp crêpe shell. Normally a slow eater, this disappeared in seconds.

Everything on the menu is homemade, locally sourced (as possible, cf. coconut) and freshly prepared. The chef/prop has a passion for his product, and it shines through. Rather than making a large batch of sausage and adding sulphites to prolong its shelf-life, for example, a small batch is made daily. For the dietary-conscious, it’s also gluten-free.

The chef is also happy to suggest,to his customers, other local restaurants that conform to these ethics, unfortunately there are fewer in Le Touquet than one might think.

We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Lovely tiny crepe restaurant.
Very affordable, lovely place, very yummy crepes - both savoury and sweet.
Worth a stop for lunch if you're visiting Le Touquet.

This little place does a roaring trade in crepes and it is easy to see why.
They have a huge selection of varieties on their menu ranging from a simple crepe with sugar and dozens more with every filling you may desire.
Four of us stopped here for an afternoon snack and we had crepes with sugar and lemon juice, a crepe with chocolate (see photo) a crepe with caramel plus tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
