Reviewed 17 September 2017 via mobile

One of the best temples to visit...and this is worth a visit due to its significant history...posting a pic from quite far off bcoz mobiles are not allowed inside...security is too tight but thats becoz the temple had many destructions since the beginning of its construction..

The legend informs that Lord Parshurama performed rites and penance to absolve himself from the sins of killing kshtariyas. After performing rites people visit the temple to complete the worship

This temple is situated right next to the triveni ghat. As I have mentioned in my reviews of the other attractions of Somnath, this temple too is on the same 1km stretch starting from Somnath mandir and ending at Gita temple.

It is a very small temple, adorned by a nice pond. They are building a huge temple in the courtyard, presumably to enhance the appeal of this temple.

My dad and I entered this small temple and immediately the priest's son came running and told us that visitors aren't permitted to enter the sanctum. He was very humble in his approach. However, no sign was put up anywhere mentioning the same.

An unique temple dedicated to Lord Parshuram. can easily be visited on the way to the other teeraths in Somnath.

This temple like many others in the area is not in that great shape. Even though it pertains to one of the incarnations of Lord Vishnu the exact significance is not that well detailed. Could have been much better.
