On our way to Tanah Lot , stop here for lunch around 12 noon. We were the only customer at the restaurant. There is english menu, the price is mid-range . We spent IDR 188,100 (for 2 persons including Tax). Grill Fish (65k), Grill Shrimp (50k) , Plain rice (8k x 2 ) , coconut drinks (20k x 2 ).

The place is clean. Service is ok. quite fast.

Its on the way to Tanah lot, approx 5 mins of travel to Tanah lot.Its a roadside homely restaurant. If you are keen to taste local indonesian food this is the place to come. We had Ikan bakar or grilled fish,it just melted in our mouth.Fried rice was yummy, had a unique taste. The sambal sauce that comes with the fish is a winner. Its an open air setting with fan, there is a paddy field right behind the seating area hence occasional visits of flies is to be expected.

Food here is delicious! Take gado gado with the lovely fresh vegetables, satey ayam or Ayam goreng with the best sambal! Also the nasi goreng ayam I can recommend! Love this place.

Our driver stopped here on way to Tanah Lot temple.
Pleasantly surprised that fresh river fish was offered here instead of the usual sea fish. The grilled preparation was good. So was the chicken soup. Best was the hot and spicy sauce that was provided with the fish grill.
There were quite a few people having lunch. Most were having the fish.

Nothing really special here. They serve authentic Indonesian food, I thought the food is just okay except for the fresh fish which was delicious! A must try!
