Stayed for just 1 night in first week of January. Restaurant and front desk service is very good. Samridha and Axl at breakfast are very helpful. Breakfast spread is very good. The activity room and gym is also here.

We visited this property in the last week for December 2020 and we stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days.

The property is about 3-5 mins away (walking) from Palolem beach, if regulars take the short cut. But about 12-15 mins away (walking) if new comers take longer route. By scooty/ other vehicles; it’s reachable in 2-3 min, max.

It’s a beautiful property, very clean, with great staff and good food!

The whole resort is aesthetically very appealing and the decor of the whole hotel is beautiful! Each room has a lovely pool view. Rooms are pretty, clean and neat and are also very spacious. The whole design of rooms is so elegant that you instantly fall in love with it! The only issue is, housekeeping service is ‘on-demand’ only- so you have to call and ask for room cleaning, bedding, refresh of toiletries etc. This needs to change and house keeping service needs to be proactively offered everyday.

The pool looked lovely and clean- however, it may get noisy if too many peeps crowd in it. And since the hotel surrounds the pool and all rooms have a pool view- it may cause disturbance to guest. Thankfully, we did not witness any chaos as the pool was shut due to Covid restrictions.

We tried their breakfast spread as it was a part of our package. The food was really good and catered to all Indian palates. People from across south, north and west could enjoy their delicacies. Bar is reasonably priced with some great offers and has a chilled out ambiance(AC is a saviour in Goa summers) to relax and sip on some beer with a view of local street.

The last part that we absolutely loved about this place is their hospitality and humbleness of staff. They are such lovely, warm and accommodating people- they just make you feel so special. The entire staff, including front office/ reception, room service, restaurant team, bell boys, house keeping..every single person is just so lovely! I would specifically call out some names- Vaishali, Narvita and Samriddha are just exceptional champs! You ask for anything and they just turn their magic wand and make things happen to ensure guests feel special!

So ya, overall...we absolutely LLLOOOOVVVEEEEDDDDD the property!!!

Keep up the good work and please keep the property maintained! South Goa needs Sobit Sarovar!
