We managed to drive down from Carmel to see part of highway 1 and this was without doubt the highlight. Well worth the visit. When we went it was very windy and cold but that didn't deter ourselves. It's only about 30 minutes drive from Carmel so don't let the opportunity slip by if you are in the area.

A must stop place on the PCH to take few pictures and enjoy the views. It was very windy. A great spot.

It's a must see :) I'm a professional photographer, so I got pretty excited about this one (awesome composition points). It's also just nice to see by driving over too. Parking is limited (and a little scary off the side of a road) and this is a BIG DROP. Be careful!! Don't get to close to the edge. Some people were standing right on the edge for photos. Take a few steps away from the edge - your photo will look just as good. Just be safe here. The day we went had CRAZY strong winds and I saw a few people slipping on loose stones. It's a very pretty stop - or just a nice place to see while driving past.

Very beautiful and stunning. Our guide stopped us at a lovely spot before the bridge for photos and for us to experience the strong winds along Highway 1.
