My wife and I stayed here for one night during a recent trip to Central America. We stayed in a standard room that was very nice. The bedroom had plenty of space and we were able to get 4-5 English speaking tv channels. The bathroom was also nice - excellent shower and a toilet that takes tissue paper.
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Both were very good as was our waitress at dinner. The bar had a wide variety of drinks including Cadejo craft beers on tap. Service at the bar, however, was not very good.
I would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

Pros:
• Very nice room, spacious, upscale
• Friendly staff
• Nice restaurant
• Great location – walking distance to the mall and all of their restaurants. Convenient location for tours outside of the city
• Really nice hotel
Cons:
• In our room, we could hear a thump thump from the music at a nearby restaurant… but it wasn’t bad. If you’re an early, light sleeper, perhaps ask for a room that is not facing that restaurant

The hotel is new and has numerous amenities. The staff are amazing and extremely hospitable. The food they provide wether it’s the breakfast buffet or something off the menu was always hot and prepared as ordered.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt in San Salvador. The hotel itself is very nice and modern, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely come back to stay in the future.

We spent a night with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is on perfect condition. Everything looks clean, and properly functional. Loved the fact we could enjoyed a great cup of coffee, delicious dinner and even a trip to the pool without leaving the place. The modern look plus the extra welcoming personnel made this visit a great one. Def would recommend this experience to friends and family
