Good for short stay

Staff was great! Pillow not too good, but it is a personal preference.
There was an issue with check in, although they gave me a discount to fix it. Variety of food, coffees, and drink was great. Easy access to shopping malls and grocery stores.

We are happy to know a resolution was provide when an issue arised during check in. I'd like to add that within the property we provide four different options for food and beverage to satisfy every customers needs, a swimming pool with great view to the city, a well-equipped gymnasium, modern and technological rooms, variety of ambiances for casual or business meetings, and outstanding service that goes beyond expectations.

Nicest Hotel in the Metro Area

This is probably one of the nicest hotel in San Salvador. I would definitely come back here on my next trip. Friendly staff, walking distance to clothing stores, restaurants, pharmacies. The location is also very centric to all touristic places near the capital. The salvadorean decor added that special touch to make it very unique to all the other options out there.

The hotel is very new and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is awesome as well as drinks at the pool bar. The maids keep the rooms very clean and go out of their way if you need anything. The staff at the front desk are very courteous.

Hyatt Centric San Salvador

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was good and service was great. Had a very pleasant 2 nights. Highly recommended if staying in San Salvador. Shopping mall located within walking distance.

Excellent!

Every thing in the hotel is perfect! It’s new and modern, with a good touch in furniture. My wife and I took breakfast and is delicious. Parking it is under the hotel so you would not have problem with rain. And the pool has a great view. Rooms are clean and not all but some of them have a great view too.
