Pros :
This location is a great place to go for a mini getaway. The game room is very entertaining, many outdoor activities were unavailable due to the weather, which means we have to book an another trip during the summer (which I I’m eager to do) .
the drinks were exceptional. The servers were prompt, professional, personable. The Breakfast buffet was consistently great . And spooners had really good lunch meals and snack items
were were booked in a Roman tower room which was nice and cozy,
The heated pool and jacuzzi tub were incredible. Loved spending time in there,
The massages we received were so good I fell asleep. The therapist even joked about my snoring.
When we needed help with the fireplace the tech guy (young black guy) arrived shortly after we called, he’s was a real cool dude and his help was appreciate .
The red velvet cake, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries we ordered to the room were all fresh and tasted out of this world!
Overall everyone we encountered was nice.
The room aesthetic had a very romantic vintage vibe too.
Cons:
The dinners were a hit or miss.
Housekeeping only serviced the room once while we were there, even when we left the “please service our room” when we left the room during lunch hours 1-3 pm and always came back to nothing being done. We even ran out of towels and toilet paper....Pros :

We even ran out of towels and toilet paper. I called once and they didn’t pick and I called the next day and I was told housekeeping only makes their rounds at 1. Which I found odd bc they didn’t show up to our room until the third day.
The room could use an upgrade with the toilet. It made a loud flushing noise the entire night and the ac also made an odd ticking sound. For ppl like me it’s already difficult for me to sleep anywhere other than my bed, but those noises made it harder. But I could’ve played some soothing sounds via the Bluetooth speaker provided to ease my anxiety.
The tvs could be upgraded as well.
As for the massage therapists, I think they should wear masks while massaging their clients face and chest. I found it kinda uncomfortable as her breath blew in my face the whole time.
The tubs could be upgraded too. There we some stains which kinda made me uncomfortable at first
Despite its flows we enjoyed our time. We will definitely come again when the weather is better. More
