Morning Alisdair. , have tripadvisor payed you the money for my cancelled stay yet. I still have had no word from them tried countless times. contacting bank to reclaim the money payed. please let me know so I can inform LLoyds

Yes they have I was going to contact you regarding it, I don’t get the full amount you pay, they take commission also, is that the easiest way for you to reclaim it.

Lodge was clean and spacious. Very quiet and tranquil setting, good base to explore the Lake District.
