Great hotel. Love the details and being on the 41st floor! Great service and food but was disappointed the Glasshouse was closed. Beautiful amenities and helpful staff. Loved it overall. We will be back again!

Great location for NYE as close to Harbour and fireworks. However remember to set off early as the crowds descend on the CBD at about 8.30 pm for the 9 pm fireworks!
Great service as usual from all staff, and spotlessly clean room.

The rooms are very clean, small not the best views but the comfort is 100%, service is amazing, food at the business lounge plus the view is a bonus. Definitely staying here again the in room towels and bath robes are so soft, air conditioning is excellent.

Perfect hotel as it's a short walk from all the main attractions and also provides great quality and service. There's a little cafe in the lobby which serves delicious coffee that shouldn't be missed! Check in was fast, the room was wonderful and breakfast had a very good range of options

We stayed on NYE. Upon checkin we were upgrade to club lounge access which was a nice surprise. A special mention to Jason (purchasing manager?) who provide drinks vouchers as were not able to utilise the club lounge prior to going out for dinner. Quick thinking and exceeding our expectations made our stay special.

Room was clean, modern and comfortable

Only negative- breakfast buffet was disappointing. I object to been charged for espresso coffee in 2018 at a five star breakfast buffet especially when wait staff aren’t upfront about it. It should be included in the basic price considering most other hotels do so. Food wasn’t looking fresh and I have had better elsewhere ( we love the crown plaza breakfast).
