Our room had seen better days. Everything needs updating. Sofa has stains all over it. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. Only saving grace was its location

We were impressed with the reception area and our greeting upon arrival. We enjoyed the large, clean and comfortable room. It was great for our one night stay in the city. The room could do with a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom is a bit dated but this didn’t effect our stay.

Less than 10 minutes to wharfs and trams. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by as well as street fairs selling all kinds of stuff from food to jewelry.

Hotel is situated in an ideal
location just off the quay that has amazing/variety of things to do.
Amazing staff really attentive and left us some chocolates and wine for my partners bday couldn’t fault.
however, the rooms need an update the carpets is really old and showing, their was stains on the bedding plus the shower room needs a refurb.

The location was minutes from everything in Circular Quay, and our balcony had an incredible view of the bridge and the Opera House. I thought I had requested two beds, but had cancelled and rebooked and forgot the request again. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were happy with Large room, comfy bed,nice and friendly staff and very good location(near Circular Quay). However, there were construction nearby and we heard the noise but we were unable to change to more quiet room
