My stay was only for one night as I had a wedding to attend 2 mins walk away so a fantastic location for my purpose. Also a short walk to Circular Quay and the Rocks. All the staff I encountered were friendly and my room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

The Russell doesn't disappoint. The older style decor has been kept and its really lovely. The bed was luke sleeping on a cloud. Right at the Rocks so nice and close to trains and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would be happy to stay there again.
Great location right in the Rocks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast provided. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms.
We stayed there following a work Christmas party. It was much easier then trying to get home from the city afterwards and made for a relaxing time.
Recently enjoyed my second visit to the Russell Hotel. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, location cannot be beat, views are great, breakfast is delicious and the staff top off a perfect stay. Special thanks to Garry, who is the prefect host.
