I stayed at this place with my son for 2 nights. Our room was on the ground floor opposite reception. As mentioned by other visitors this establishment is on the corner of a busy intersection that makes it noisy especially if you are on the lower levels. However, that did not bother us at all as we were so exhausted after busy days of exploring and slept perfectly fine. Beds were comfortable. Instead of twin beds as requested we got a double bed and bunk beds so that was perfect. Flat TV with lots of channels including ABCkids was a big plus. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and let us leave the luggage in a store room for a few hours on the day of our departure. If we are going to Sydney ever again I would definitely consider this place.
