We stayed over the new years eve period and found the staff very friendly, good location
but the room had no natural light and felt dark and depressing at $320 a night this is one hotel that i would not recommend. We also waited 50mins for breakfast which was pancakes and toast not worth the wait. A/C very noisy and did not work well; very small bathroom.

Room Tip: room with natural light and a/c that is not so loud

Hello Judithmelb,

Thank you for your review and it is disappointing to hear you had to wait for your breakfast. I will take your comments very seriously and find ways n which we can improve our services over a busy period like New Years Eve. Regards Christine - Manager

Booked this hotel for 3 nights for my family to stay in while they are visiting Sydney. Booked a double bed room expecting it to be a shoebox with no natural light but it was the opposite, lovely large double bed room with enough natural light and a lot of space for luggage. it was meant to be for my mom and sister but because of all the extra room all of us siblings and mother had a wonderful family bonding time. Would definitely recommend the place for Family stays. Close enough to the locality by walk or transport & lovely staff! Thanks to the latina lady at front desk, really hospitable. :)

The hotel itself is very basic and rooms are pretty small, but the location was fantastic. The place felt more like a room in an apartment building than a hotel. Service was friendly. Great value overall (so long as you manage your expectations accordingly).

I've stayed here many times over the last year, on business. The rooms are small, but generally comfortable. When I first stayed there, I ended up in a room that smelled very dank, like mould and cigarettes, which made for a terrible nights sleep. I was assured on later visits (when I requested not to get that room again), that it was an issue they had acknowledged and addressed already.

There are a number of rooms that stand out, in terms of size, comfort and noise and they'll happily let you have one of them if you request the number in advance (and it's available).

Most rooms have a few Foxtel channels, which is nice, but there are a small number that don't in my experience. WiFi is free, but not particularly fast.

All said, I enjoy my stays here.
