Grilled Pork Vermicelli or Bun Thit Nuong is one of my favourite dish to order at any Vietnamese place. The dish has lots of flavour and an enormous variety textures, it is amazing. Sitting in a large bowl, soft rice vermicelli noodles are topped with crispy lettuce, bean sprouts, and fresh mint. The one at Streets of Saigon is nicely executed. The pork is well marinated with their spice and the spring rolls stays relatively crunchy.
