We had to extend our Sydney trip due to flooding heading north. A stay at the Primus was a CBD treat, great staff, great location. A little construction noise from neighbouring projects, but you get that in the city

Primus - A lovely surprise!

Everything was perfect! Exceptional customer service. Super clean. Food and coffee were great. Look forward to trying the pool area next time (weather permitting!) Great location - close to everything!

Do yourself a favour and book the superior suite!

The staff at the primus hotel are literally the most friendly people in Sydney. From the minute we arrived we were warmly welcomed. The bar staff (Justin?) is so friendly and amazing at making random drinks requests. The room was absolutely stunning and twice the size of rooms in other hotels that you would pay double for. The superior sweet was absolutely huge, charming and definitely my new favourite place to be in Sydney. The bathroom is an absolute dream. We will 100% be back ASAP. Thank you everyone at primus for making my partners birthday and our anniversary so much fun!!!

Great stay

Service and staff were amazing. The rooms were big and clean. Amazing hotel will certainly return. The staff could not do enough for us and made up feel very welcome. Great atmosphere. Roof top bar was great for an afternoon drink and the hotel foyer and cocktail lounge was very relaxing.

Fantastic time at the Primus Hotel Sydney

Thank you to all the staff for making our stay at the Primus so beautiful. From the second we arrived to the second we left we had a fantastic experience. We had the best weekend. We enjoyed the rooms, breakfast and the pool. Can’t wait to come back!
