We stayed in a King Room.
I understand the restrictions in regard to COVID-19 and hospitality BUT, there was, no bottle opener, only x2 sugars, one glass in the bathroom, no slippers, single layer toilet paper, the pillows were very uncomfortable, no information about the room, hotel amenities, or availability of in-house dinning options or Sydney attractions etc .We asked for an extra blanket and was given a single blanket for a king size bed. The towels were hard and crispy. I could say more but I think you will get the picture. :(
On a positive note, the staff were fantastic.

We have digital compendiums in our rooms located on all our TV's, you will find a Pillow menu, information about all hotel amenities and local attractions. Additionally our team are always available to assist with any request or additional information required.

Thank you to the amazing staff at the Primus. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we’re had a great experience and that was down to the staff who were first class. The service was amazing and they were friendly and took pride in their jobs.

Our room was fantastic and the Art Deco ambience was awesome. Definitely would go there again.

Nothing to fault at this hotel; the personnel is so friendly and helpful; the rooms are large, clean and QUIET, the atmosphere is great. I haven't tried the food, other than what was provided as part of our conference, and that was AMAZING.

This is a beautiful hotel with a nice outdoor pool and a couple of lovely bar areas. Stayed in a suite, great room with lots of space. Very clean. Excellent staff - professional, efficient and friendly (Buster is the best!). Great location - one block to the cinema and light rail and a short stroll to many restaurants. Not a hotel for views, but fits the bill for everything else.

The Primus was really great. The lobby is gorgeous, we ate there every night we stayed - the vibe was great and the food was delicious. The service was fantastic, the bar was awesome, the staff were sweet to our daughter. The room was HUGE. We'll definitely be back.
