Solid stay for a Diamond member
Location is great and central

Checkin efficient

The hotel is in an older style building but excellently maintained, so with tight expectations this is a good choice

My upgraded exec room was in top floor (25th) and is modern and comfortable. Tv bit dated only comment.

Exec lounge is brilliant offer with drinks and good canapés, salads, cheeses served 6-8pm

Pool nice
Bfast as expected, bit below par

Solid choice, but if you want modern luxury choose somewhere else

This is not a 5 star hotel.

Don’t expect your room before the advertised time of 3pm and If it is, don’t expect to be notified by the front desk!

Service at the lobby bar is meh! Waited over 30 mins for service and gave up!

Rooms are just ok!

Room service is a joke. It is not 24 hours!!! A 5 star hotel should have 23 hour room service!

We stayed here for a Birthday 'staycation'. It was everything we expected and so much more.
As soon as you pull into the driveway you feel at home. Concierge take control of luggage car parking and allow you to wander to reception.
Checking in was a breeze and friendly.

The room, ours was on the 21st floor, was amazing. Comfort, soft beds, mini bar, welcome notes, desk, and a well sized bathroom. A travellers true home from home to get away from the bussel of life in the street.

Views, sun rises, peace and quiet. Perfect. As a SKAL International member I travel often. And this hotel is one of the highest in my lists of hotels to recommend.

A shout out to the Manager, Thomas who personally checked up on us, and to Kate and Leticia for reaching out by text to ensure the room met its very high standard.

Room tip: Use valet parking to make sure you get the benefit of just walking through easily. It is well worth the money.

We have always loved the Hilton but this hotel is unfortunately in serious need of a revamp. The old brown wallpaper is peeling. The TV is small and most likely a very old model. Bathroom necessities and towels are not refilled. With all the other luxury hotels in the city at the same price this one is unfortunately not value for money if you are looking for a 5 star hotel. It has more of a cheap motel feeling.

Highly recommend the Hilton in Brisbane. Stylish hotel, great customer service, fun and open lobby bar. Room was clean and quite comfortable. Walking distance to many great restaurants and the boardwalk along the river.
