Great location but very dated. Staff are either amazing Lounge and Downstairs. Or the worst at any Hilton. If you have status prepare to be disappointed you will be treated worse than a regular guest and they will be rude and sarcastic. Rooms are very dated and showing their age. And try and get help? Good luck with that, they are not interested in fixing issues.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am sorry that you didn't find the hotel to the standard expected and I sincerely apologise for the lapses in service you experienced. I believe our Front Office Manager has been in touch, however I also wanted to extend my apologies for the poor impression and lack of appreciation you felt as a Diamond member.

Comfortable hotel in the heart of the cbd shops, restaurants and attractions could not be closer. We enjoyed a view from the 22nd floor. Check in was very quick friendly and efficient. Our bags were delivered to our room before we got there ourselves. Mark gave us a very warm and personal welcome to the executive lounge and he remembered us the next morning during breakfast and gave us some very helpful tips.

Its a nice location, serves a nice breakfast, overall a good ambiance. But it gets inconventbto go in sixth floor and then further up to your rooms and if your rooms are on other side of lift then you walk upto it.. that's annoying.

I stayed here multiple times but there is no room with good view of river or city.. that's okay if you want to stay in city centre but nothing exceptional about it.

Stayed 2 nights and Room was fine but pretty expensive when you can only get valet parking at 58 a night and you need a car . Breakfast buffet was impressive but let down when it takes. 15 to 20 minutes for a coffee two days running . Maybe somewhere else next time . Was good but nothing exceptional.

After a 3 year gap not staying here because of Covid, we finally had a stay on the executive floor.
It was a fantastic stay, every member of staff from concierge, front desk, executive room staff and cleaners, were so friendly, it was like a very welcome home. Few more stays planned now.
