It is a Sushi Train, also a part of Chain Restaurants, so let’s call it Chain-Train.
It is very good; you can sit next to that conveyer belt that delivers little treats, or you can choose a booth, where you have a little computer screen and order electronically. There were the 3 of us so we opted for the later.
The service is faster than speed of light; food is delivered even before you click on it. Kidding! But it is very sufficient. There is plenty to choose from and all food is very good quality.
They praise themselves for using local produce as well as Yellow Fin, Blue Eye and Blue Fin Tuna.
All plates are under $5; there also is A la Carte option if you wish.
Udon, Ramen and Sashimi are also on offer, as well as side dishes as Edamame or Yakidori. I am not going to quote the whole menu. They also have various Platters priced between $40 -$-50.
And traditional sweets like Green tea or, Sesame ice cream, or Green Tea Mochi.
The kitchen closes at 10pm; according to the service speed – you are being informed about it by the waitress flying by about 15 minutes ahead, and then everything stops. Rather amusing.
Oh! And they offer large variety of Japanese Beer also.
We spent about $50 per head, but only due to me ordering rather expensive Sashimi dish so big, that I couldn’t finish it and one of my friends going insane and clicking on everything that looked pretty on the computer screen. You can have an inexpensive, quality meal if you know what moderation means. LOL
Overall, very pleasant, casual experience. Enjoy!
