Had a great stay at the Lakes. Lovely people, great amenities. Loved all the pools. The room was wonderful, spacious with everything you need for a family holiday. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely go back.

I stayed here for an extended period and have had a bad experience. Staff at the front desk are very rude and unhelpful. The gates are always broken so security is bad and stuff gets stolen and the midgies are terrible and you can't go out after 5pm without being attacked by them. The speed bumps are noisy and have ruined my car and the Internet and television does not work (staff also care very little about this). The groundsmen are really wonderful though and they keep the place looking nice on the outside. Inside is full of bugs which we can not seem to terminate.
It's quite disappointing. The front desk staff are what really make it a negative place.

Went for a quick family holiday. The 3 bedroom apartment we got was nice and had everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the resort is the lack of maintenance. The sauna was not working, the children's playground was closed for repairs and the lights on the path to the pool near our apartment were not working leaving you to walk a very dark cobblestone path to the pool.
There is some aircraft noise as you are close to the airport but did not bother us as there are not that many flights.
Overall we had a nice holiday here and would stay again.
