Nice quiet hotel 2 tram stations away from surfers paradise. There is 2 hotel buildings, My family took the ocean facing rooms, it comes with a nice kitchen and balcony. The only drawback is this building is a 1-2 mins walk from the main hotel lobby.

I literally booked this hotel on the night I actually stayed and it was definitely the best value for money given how expensive other hotel options were. The staff were very friendly and the hotel room was nice. Would stay again.
Room tip: If you're going to book last minute, this place will get the job done!

Stayed only 1 night at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise. Booked an Executive OCEAN room. No oceans views from the room, but from the balcony when you stuck your head out from the balcony and looked right. My views were purely North to the city and the river.
I went back to reception and said I was given the wrong room type, to be told, no that is the room type I booked and paid for. Very rude duty manager. No offer to move me, or anything. I told her I would not be back.
That night, the bed was soft and terrible. The clock radio did not work, but I didn't tell them, as I didn't think they would be interested due to their cold reception to me re the room type.
So, we did not have dinner here, or use the bar, as I would not give them one cent more.
The only saving grace and why I have given 1 star is that the staff on reception the following morning were really sympathetc and good. One agreed the room description should be changed.
We have stayed here lots in previous, and we have just started to travel again, and it is a shame that staff can be sooooooo bad.

We are disappointed to hear that your recent stay with us was not up to the usual in past. Accuracy of information we provide is one of our highest priorities here at the property and we sincerely apologise that you did not enjoy the experience this stay due to not receiving a directly Ocean View room.
I assure you room description shared on booking channels promotes the feature of the room you had booked as Ocean, City and Hinterland views; and not as direct Ocean facing room unless booked.
We appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify the issue during the guests stay, to ensure that they leave us feeling happy and relaxed. Unfortunately this was not the case this time as the hotel was fully booked citing Easter long weekend.
We hope that after some additional conversation we change your perception of Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise.

Good position with tram/light rail stop across the road. Walking distance to all Broadbeach attractions and eating places. Small balcony, room for two chairs, with view of ocean. Had a good meal at the Relish restaurant.

Stayed five days over there with my family. Bit old hotel when compared with the nearby one but well maintained. Clean and good service with nice pool . Friendly helpful staff, good food too. We tried revolving restaurant at the top floor . Fantastic sea food though it was bit expensive .

Our second visit in 2 months. This motel was great. A great location easy Trams and bus. The buffet breakfast is fabulous and make sure you get Sam who is the chef on the egg station to do your favourite egg dish, definitely try her poached eggs, cooked to perfection every time. Excellent staff, all willing to help, some like to go the extra mile like the young man on reception who was working Sunday morning and who was also extra helpful on our last visit. Our rooms were very clean and spacious, a wonderful job done by house keeping. Our friends that were visiting from the USA really enjoyed their stay there with us. So all of us would like to congratulate Crown Plaza and staff for making our 5 night stay such a incredible experience. Will definitely be back. Do try the upstair revolving seafood buffet dinner amazing!!!!!!
