Don't ignore reviews - that was today's lesson. People complained that half the menu was unavailable, that appears to be a common theme here.
My suggestion, if you walk down the stairs and the inform you (at only 7pm) that they have ran out of items - then give a polite "thank you but no thank you" and walk out again.
We arrive to be informed that only one of the half a dozen steak selections was available. After our order was taken, we then found out that no steaks at all were available. After changing our order and receiving the food (wasn't speedy either I will add) an item was missing off of it. After asking why the item was missing, we found out that they ran out of that and forgot to tell us too.
What food we did get was delicious and cooked perfectly. So it was a complete disappointment from their poor management of back of house.
