From the minute we stepped foot in the apartment we felt right at home. Lots of books, spotlessly clean and the little courtyard with lemon trees was simply superb to enjoy a glass of wine in. We stayed in 3 BR for a girls weekend away. Position for us was great and the only thing we could fault was the size of the car space? Took a little while to get into it. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

Chose this based on location. What they don't tell you is some of their apartments are 10min walk away, still at decent location in city, but here's the catch: the parking available is at their main office and there was very limited parking at the actual apartment - we had bags to unload and thankfully found a 5min parking spot outside the apartment. In short, don't stay here if you want to have easy access to your parked car. We tried asking closer to checkout whether we could borrow a parking space (which I saw a few in the actual apartment block on Morrisons) but was told all the parking was full and we couldn't even borrow it for an hour in the morning to load up the car.

There was nobody to greet us at check in due to us arriving around noon on a Sunday. Had to follow fairly convoluted instructions on how to open a letter dropbox near the main office to find keys and map with directions to the apartment.

Apartment was nice enough as a refurbished warehouse space. Windows don't open and there's very little natural light. We stayed 4 nights and there was no evidence of room being serviced or cleaned prior to checkout - our one rubbish bin bag had to last the whole stay.

Loved the location and comfort this apartment brings. Stayed in 2 bedroom close to my conference place. Very central and within short walk to waterfront. Staff were extremely helpful. Michelle helped us a lot throughout the stay with her advice and check ins. Made our trip memorable. Will love to stay again at this place.

We stayed in an IXL 2 Bedroom Apartment for 3 x nights and i highly recommend. The apartment was spacious, very clean and great location. You are around the fantastic Sullivans Cover precinct and everything that comes with that. Whether the ferry to MONA or walk to markets, the location is A1. The bars, restaurants and cafes in the area are first class. A special thanks to Michelle from Sullivans Cove Apartments who assisted with a late check-out which was a bonus for our stay.

We had our first family holiday in Hobart with our 7 month old daughter.

For the first few nights we stayed in Apartment 1A (2 bedroom Hunter Street, Harbourside Apartment) which is directly above The Drunken Admiral. The views over the dock are stunning. The apartment was fantastic, it was beautifully styled and had everything you need, even a portacot and highchair! There was a huge outdoor courtyard which was exclusively ours.

The second half of our stay we were in Apartment 307 (1 bedroom, IXL Evans Street). This apartment also had everything you need with a balcony which also had a lovely view. The only issue with this apartment was a light shining in the bedroom. If block out blinds were installed then this wouldn't be a problem!

Room tip: Parking is available within the IXL Apartment building for $10 per day.
