We love to eat Dim sum and Cantonese food and this place rocks both. The choice was not very extensive but the taste was great.

Lunch at high noon with Chinese friends. Four of us ordered twelve small courses to share. All ingredients were prime and perfectly seasoned and sauced. The chilli dip provided gave it all a kick. For thirty dollars per person we were satiated with wonderful pork, beef and prawn dumplings, rice rolls ,baked buns and chicken feet.
We will be back.
We had ordered our various dishes and when we placed a second order, it took 2 reminders and finally we decided to cancel it. Service was a little disappointing.
First time at this Michelin star restaurant with famous dumplings was not a disappointment and every dish lived up to its reputation. Spinach dumplings with shrimp, sugar-dusted barbecue pork buns, steamed egg cake, vermicelli rice paper roll, prawn dumpling with wasabi, turnip cake and many more delights. Tables are small, the place is packed and you usually have to line up - we did on the sunday morning.
I'd heard of the Hong Kong restaurant but hadn't managed to visit while there so when we stumbled across one while walking around China Town we had to give it a go.
We weren't disappointed, tried the famous baked pork buns and they are the best I've ever had. We also tried the pan fried wagyu dumplings and lava bombs along with Chinese tea.
Food came quickly and was delicious, though the lava bombs weren't to my taste but my friend loved them. Service was friendly and efficient.
Would definitely eat at Tim Ho Wan again.
