The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a mini break away from home. Checking in and parking instructions were clear and easy to follow. Flemington Central was walking distance to shops, cafes, etc., and only a 12 minute drive to Highpoint Shopping Centre, or a 15 taxi ride into the CBD. Will definitely stay here again.

great location and super easy to get into the city via tram, the apartment was clean and modern with a large balcony. The apartments are justa short walk to cafes and shops and it has a beauitful view of the racecourse and city.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Parking was available and central to the city. I would certainly recommend this property.

We stayed here during the Christmas period. Due to CO-VID I communicated with Staff about accessibility for the hotel amenities including the pool and bbq facilities. In an email, I was told that reception will be closed but we will have access to the pool and bbq area throughout our stay.
Check-in was seamless, we were able to get our room keys on arrival through a deposit box. However, we had hiccups when we tried to go up to the pool area to check out the bbq and were denied access up there. We had bought all our meats for bbq and it looked like we were unable to use the facilities. How disappointing! There was no after hours number left that I could use to enquire about this after being told SPECIFICALLY we had access. I called head office and they told me that they will call me back - they never did. My sister was coming to the hotel from work and needed to get into the hotel. She pressed a button to try and get in and was about to leave when a worker (unofficially there) opened the door for her. She spoke to him about our situation and after telling him about our situation and showing him the email we received about access, he allowed us full access to all the facilities in the hotel. He saved our Christmas! Thank you Peter! I wrote an email to this hotel but still no apology or reply to this day.
