Great variety of deli, pasta dishes, pastries, bakery and coffee. Great spot for a casual meal, snack, coffee & dessert and gelato. Lots of variety and great atmosphere in Melbourne ‘s little Italy!

Came here late at night and the place was buzzing. Waited a while. The staffed looked exhausted and not very friendly. The cakes we had were nice and fresh. Worth the visit.

It is as if there was a "giant pastry heist" in Italy and all the amazing deserts were taken to Brunette's on Lygon Street. Brunettie's is absolutely amazing. Full on cakes, pastries, cookies drinks and food including pizza. All beautifully displayed in this enormous buzzing eatery. If you want to experience delicious Italien delights and live in the Southern Hemisphere close to Antartica and do not care that you are not eating in a 1000 year old building facing the Duomo then head on over to Brunnetties in Melbourne.
Also Australian dollars are good here not the Euro.

This is the most consumate because they have raeched the logical conclusion that the cheese and the salami can stay in the backroom and the space be given over to their excclent eclairs and pastry squares..so it is a great grazing place but you can still order as if a restaurant for pizza and pasta etc. Great fun.
