Outstanding service and lovely amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our room was very clean and comfortable.
We were provided with outstanding service from the Duty Manager Eric, he went well above and beyond my expectations.
We would definitely stay again!

Staff who are above and beyond

My husband and son had to travel 7 hours north east of Perth for an emotional rebuild of our late Father's home which had been vandalised. Their last night in WA before flying back to Queensland I thought I would surprise them with a gift on their bed. Unfortunately due to COVID the express post wasn't so express, which in the scheme of COVID and what many have been through, is nothing. I did still want to surprise them and organised my gift at a local store but wasn't quite sure how to get it there. I rang and asked Eric for some local on the ground help with couriers and he saw it was only 10 minutes from the Hotel and said they would collect it for me. Not only did he personally go and do this but he took photos so I could see what the gift looked like in the room. My husband and son were over the moon when they got to their rooms after a long drive.
Eric you went above and beyond and I can't really express how this made our family feel after a very emotional couple of weeks. I want to do a shout our to Pippa and Abdul who were keeping track of my parcels arriving and helping with other suggestions. Whoever I spoke to in the team it was just so effortless and they couldn't do more to ensure our stay was a good one. You obviously have a great team there as your customer service is exceptional. Thank you x

A very nice hotel

We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at Peppers King Square. It is well located in a quieter part of the city but is within a block or two of several cafes and restaurants and a 7 minutes stroll to the train station. The Reception staff were always friendly and welcoming and check in was easy.

The room itself was very nice. Modern, fresh, spacious and well equiped. The bathroom was large and modern. The TV was a very good size, the couch was very comfy as was the king size bed.

Subject to pricing we would definitely stay here again.

Uncomfortable beds

Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows were very high causing headaches each morning. The shower was outstanding with great pressure. The room size was big. Location of the motel is great walking distance to the train station, shops and the water.

Room tip: If you like a soft bed and pillows I would avoid staying here. Location is perfect a very close walk to everything.
