Two tiers of shops that feature in most outlet shopping malls. Plenty of parking on a number of levels. A few good places to snack on. But not much to stand out.

Good discounts especially for Adidas, SEED, Calvin Klein, Roxy etc. However, prices for New Balance and Converse weren't great as it's pricier. It was raining when we're there and the mall is not fully sheltered which made the shopping experience unpleasant. The shops are also closed at 5pm daily except for Friday, which are opened till 9pm. Avoid this mall if it's raining.

So glad to hear you found some bargains at some of our favourite stores! Luckily for us it doesn't rain all too often in Perth. The outdoor malls are lovely with fresh air and sunshine most of the time.
We spent only an hour at Watertown as a stopover. However managed to grab a nice bargain at SEED for my daughter as well a pair of Adidas running shoes for myself at a steal price of AUD19.95 only! Could not believe the price until the staff confirmed it was the actual price. I would have definitely visit Watertown at our next visit to Perth!

Many sporting outfit stores include my favourite 2XU. Another fave is House that sells kitchen ware for those who like cooking. Price can be a bargain as some items can be discounted up to 50% or more. Some eateries too in the middle section. 10 minute walking distance from train station (West City).

Extremely good customer service. Young man working there was friendly and knowledgable. There was also some really good discounts. Would highly recommend this shop in particular.
