Brother in law suggested the hotel due to its central location and its facilities. He was correct plus the warm friendly welcome which continued from all the staff during our five days. The room was quiet (ideal for getting over jet lag) clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was always a delight even on busy mornings - with staff always keen to assist. We enjoyed the bar facilities, some times at Happy Hour, and enjoyed a couple of meals. The central location makes it easy to walk to all the attractions although walking to The WACA ground on a very hot day was quite a challenge. We made good use of the in house laundry. Thanks to all the team - front and back of house who provide such an enjoyable experience to guests.

Well you can't get. Much more central. Perfect if you want to drone time in central city. Nice welcome and rapid checkin. Rooms comfortable and quiet and a nice bar and restaurant on site. I attended meetings here and the meeting facility and catering is really good. I noticed all the staff were friendly with smiles and greetings. Well done Holiday Inn Perth City Centre. I look forward to returning.

Stayed for 4 nights at the end of my tour of Australia. Location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. Lots of great shops & restaurants nearby. My room was on 3rd floor and large and airy with a lovely modern bathroom. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was good. Would definitely recommend.

We traveled to Perth with family to celebrate my father in laws 90th birthday. Six of us stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel in Hay Street. The accommodation was good but we were expecting adjoining rooms, to help with the grand children. Instead we got rooms next door, but not connecting. I had particularly asked for gluten free menu items for two members of our group BUT although they had some items available, the choices for children were practically non-existent.

Room tip: Try to get rooms away from the lifts as drunken patrons are often loud and inconsiderate of children who are trying to get to sleep.

My wife and I stayed for a week in November. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main shopping area. The train station is 5 minutes walk and Elizabeth Quay 15 minutes walk. Our room contained good quality equipment, bathroom shower and toiletries. The staff greeted us with a welcoming smile every time we entered and left the hotel and Ben on reception and Megan in the dining room both went out of their way to assist us in resolving two private queries that were not related to the service in the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a fine choice of hot and cold foods. We didn’t dine in the hotel during the evening.
Holiday Inn hotels are not cheap but we consistently find that they provide good service and the rooms standards are generally very good.
