I went my son and daughter (17 and 19) in mid May. The water wasn't cold (I thought it would be) the gear provided was really thick and warming in the water when we chose to swim down one rapid in part of the early raft tour (...with encouragement / was an option - so glad we did!). The scenery is beautiful. The large waterfall was perfect adrenaline fun. The team were friendly, helpful and overall really fun. I totally recommend and have done to friends and family. Their photo package was $50 which I thought was really reasonable especially considering there was no way we could take those shots. Loved it and so did my kids.
