Easy two day stay, was in great location but also not noisy.
Had some minor issues but were sorted super quick with no drama.
Enjoyed the food on offer, ate in cafe and upstairs restaurant, service was good and well presented meals.
Liked their Eco policy, more should follow.

Love the location of this hotel. Waterfront is walkable, the Cable Car entrance is right next to the hotel. Rooms modern and comfortable. This is a big hotel with two towers of rooms. Lots of restaurants to choose from both on-site (two) and in the neighborhood (dozens). The hotel is built on a hillside in the middle of the city, with the car entrance (and check-in) on the top of the hill, with parking below the hotel. Lots of people use the hotel as a commute route to the mid-point of the hill, so sometimes the elevators between lobby and Quay Street (bottom of the hill) are packed.

Room Tip: There are two towers, check reviews for both.

If you want to be close to the action, but still feel very pampered, try this hotel. The buffet for dinner and breakfast is outstanding. Be aware you pay a nightly rate for valet parking, mine was $30 per night. Room 2501 is one of the best, overlooking the city and harbor. Ask for it.

the location is great, the staff very friendly, but the ongoing issues with the lifts a pain esp. during peak times. the decor very dated and the dust under the bed was very thick which means that this had not been cleaned properly in ...... years!!!!
good conference facilities and the food very nice and plenty of it!
