Very happy with our stay at Amross Court Motel the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and suited our needs - such a comfy bed too - location was great with variety places to eat if don’t want to cook - would stay again

Amross Court Motor Lodge offers everything it promises. We frequently stay in motels when we travel around the country and this motel is generous with its complimentary tray offering quality coffee, (Moccona), Dilmah tea, milo, drinking chocolate, raw and white sugar,dinner mints, 2x packets of biscuits. All of which are replaced daily!! As are the Koha Spa bathroom condiments. The housekeeping is spotless. The laundry facilities are clean and close to the clothesline and pegs. Spacious parking. The best selection of restaurants are very close to the motel. Everything is perfect. We will definitely return.
We travelled down to Christchurch for our Auntys 100 birthday in May and were recommended to stay at Amross Court.
We arrived at 8.30pm to be greeted by our wonderful hosts.The heatpump and cutains were already closed to keep us warm.
The cleanliness and spacious unit was amazing and the location supberb.
Our hosts went above and behond to make our stay so special.
I am taking my family down later in the year and would not stay anywhere else
Stayed in many motels in NZ and this time we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and condition of this property. All the facilities we needed, including guest laundry facilities are there. The wifi signal was strong. Lovely spacious motel units that were exceptionally clean & comfortable. Lots of space and everything you needed to self cater if wished. Great location 20minutes easy walk to downtown shops and eateries. Our flight landed late at 8pm and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming! Highly recommended.
Great location, close to Botanical Garden, Central City and attractions. House keeping is on point, the updated fixtures and fittings are lovely with comfortable furniture and beds. The beds were made to an exceptional high standard and the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchenette excellent. Quiet and comfortable as it has separate bedroom from the living/dining area. Top notch for kitchenette with hot plates, microwave, toaster and well stocked facilities. Host Brendon and Tina were fantastic, very helpful and polite. Very professional.
We were so impressed with this property. It was lovely and very well maintained. The rooms were very large and have everything you’d need for your time away as well as have great facilities on the doorstep. Fabulous accommodation with everything you could possibly need. Our room was spacious, modern and absolutely spotless. We like the separate bedroom unit from the living and kitchenette area. The host couple were super friendly and very welcoming. Got far more for our money than we could ever have expected.
I would love to go there with my friends again. If you are not driving, you can easily walk to the shops, eateries, parks and city area.
