Had a great stay. Nothing was a bother with porta cot and services.
Great breakfast the next day in house at the restaurant. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
A pillow selection would have been the only thing I could recommend to improve.

Whilst we do have a pillow menu available on our digital compendium, it sounds like it was a little hard to find. With that being said, we have now moved the pillow menu to a more prominent position.

Awesome new boutique hotel close to everything - super friendly. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
Hotel bar and cafe was great and staff went the extra mile. Will definitely rebook for next visit to Christchurch

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Customer service was the best, hotel had lot of great features like USB outlets, automated lights in the bathrooms, high ceilings and everything else you could want for your stay. The bar was also another high point. Our bartender Zac was incredible and very knowledgeable as well as a delight to speak with. Place is a 10 out of 10

Great experience from the moment you walk through the front door !
Beautiful decor throughout the lobby and in the hotel room.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful with information and suggestions fantastic breakfast each morning

Love the hotel, rooms were stunning and the staff were very friendly. It would be great to have a proper dinner option rather then just snack foods. Loved the TV in the room, selection of towels and the vanilla chai latte!
