Stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jane made us feel welcome on arrival and both Mike and Jane took time to engage with us at breakfast which was tasty and well presented. The property is stunning and the room we stayed in was so comfortable and super clean we wish we could have stayed longer. Great bathroom amenities. Lovely little luxury touches helped make our stay relaxing and we left feeling like we had received value for money.

Browns hotel is the perfect location to everything you want to do in Queenstown. The hosts are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fabulous - a home cooked meal! The hotel looks like one on the banks of Lake Como in Italy! Open fire each night to read or sip wine by! Rooms are clean - bed is really comfortable. Would stay again no question!

I chose Browns Boutique Hotel because it looked cosy and the reviews said it was homely and welcoming- it certainly lived up to my expectations, close to the town centre but not in the middle of it. Mike and Jane were really welcoming and helpful in Organising things to do. Enjoyed busy days and Long soaks in the tub by evening. Great breakfast too!

This was a really good hotel and a great location only a couple of minutes walk into town, I was in need of some pampering and this did it for me. The view was awesome from the room. The hosts were really helpful and friendly, I will definitely go back.

First visit to Queenstown, my partner surprised me by booking us into Browns, wow! So stylish, excellently appointed rooms, attention to detail, friendly, efficient staff, warm, cosy, romantic with awesome views of the alps and the lake. Easy walk to town Breakfast was yummy too, again, attention to detail. Comfy bed and free wifi. Only 1 suggestion for improvement, better parking, otherwise perfect. Money well spent.
